Why did you choose this car wash franchise?
I have always been aware of the environment and love cars. As water restrictions were getting worse, I checked around and found NoWet to be the best choice regarding quality of the all-in-one product. I also found the franchise less restrictive and able to expand.
What were your expectations when you started?
I expected that it would be easy to sell the waterless car cleaning service and product. How wrong I was. People did not believe that NoWet lifts the dirt off the surface ready for wiping up without scratching the paint.
How has the business developed?
The business developed very slowly over the first two years but it is fine now.
What would you do differently now?
I would do more promoting in my territory, more networking and more following up with clients right from the start.
What advice would you offer a new franchisee?
It s a long haul. It won t happen overnight, so be prepared and it will happen.
