New website providing demographic information on shopping centres utilises Spectrum Analysis Datapak

A new website that utilises a specially tailored version of the Spectrum Analysis Datapak has been launched, providing demographic information on over 500 shopping centres across Australia and New Zealand.

The site has been developed by Synetek Systems CEO Lee Trevena, who also runs LeaseEagle, in partnership with the Managing Director of Spectrum Analysis business consultants, Peter Buckingham

Shoppingcentreinfo will allow franchisors and franchisees to purchase information on shopping centres for use when evaluating sites for a new store, or as a source of ongoing information for Local Area Marketing.

Information is delivered in a quick and cost efficient manner, providing customers with access to data including:

• specific maps of shopping centres and their surrounding areas
• residential demographics compared to the relevant city; and
• business demographics.
