Q. How big will my territory be?

A. Size of territory depends on a number of factors. For fixed sites the agreement will specify the area and location. Mobile areas are assigned based on commercial potential, so inner metropolitan areas are smaller than regional territories. Mobile territories are designed to allow for expansion, with one franchisee running multiple units.

Q. Can another franchisee work in my area?

A. No. Each franchisee has an exclusively assigned area.

Q. How does a franchise branch get its work?

A. Nanotek will support you with marketing in your local area, which is where most jobs will come from. Jobs will also be assigned when they come in through the 1800 number on national advertising and from the mynanotek website.

Q. How long does it take to clean a car?

A. One technician can complete a lite treatment on an economy size car in approximately 35 minutes. With 2 people working this time can be nearly halved.

Q. How many cars can be cleaned in a day?

A. There is no easy answer to this question. It depends on a number of factors including number of technicians and types of treatments. Nanotek is happy to put you in contact with a franchisee for some examples and scenarios.

Q. How much income can I expect?

A. The business model is designed to be expandable. How much you bring in is dependent on yourself and your goals.

Q. Can I add extra mobile units?

A. Yes. Nanotek has been designed so that as the demand increases extra mobile units can be added.

Q. How do I get the cleaning products?

A. Products are ordered online through the franchisee extranet and delivered to your door.

Q. How long does induction training take?

A. The initial training program is 2 weeks and is followed up with regular conferences and workshops. A comprehensive support program is also available.

Q. Is there an agreement renewal fee at the end of the first 5 years?

A. No. The agreement allows for a second 5 year term if you have met all of the franchise agreement terms.
