Nailsnow.com.au nail care franchisee addresses staffing issues
One of the main problems that faces franchisees is the ability to find well trained staff.
Nail care franchise network, Nailsnow.com.au has developed a solution for its own franchisees by opening the first of its training schools in Townsville.
The Nailsnow.com.au training schools are set to open in Mackay and Gladstone later in 2010 and as the needs of the franchisees arise other training schools will open to allow all salons to have access to trained staff.
Jody Vines has been involved in the nail industry for 23 years and is the new Director of Education at the nail care franchise network’s training facility.
Students at the nail care training school will learn acrylic and gel nails, manicures and pedicures in the class room. The biggest benefit of training with Nailsnow.com.au is the in salon training experience that they will acquire. Hands on work experience is invaluable and students will be work ready once their course is completed.
Students at the training schools will get the opportunity to work with the Director of Education and experienced senior nail technicians. They will also have the chance to work at Nailsnow.com.au salons and training rooms, enabling the students to acquire skills such as retail sales, client rapport, time management, hygiene and team work that can only be achieved outside the classroom and inside the salon.
