Multi pizza franchise owners attribute success to support from Eagle Boys franchise system

Eagle Boys  multi pizza franchise owners, Kathryn and Stephen Authurs gave up their careers in teaching and agriculture to become Eagle Boys franchisees, starting with a single store in Ingham, Queensland. Within four years they were the proud owners of four Eagle Boys pizza franchises.

The Authurs chose Ingham as the location to open their first business as it was where they both grew up, where they married, and where they lived and worked. Within 11 months of opening their Ingham Eagle Boys pizza franchise, the Authurs had bought a second store in Townsville and relocated their family there. After another 18 months the couple launched their mobile pizza kitchen, and then 18 months later they took over an existing drive through to become their fourth Eagle Boys pizza franchise.

As multi pizza franchise owners, the Authurs place major emphasis on staff, team work, and of course their valued customers. They spend a lot of time investing back into their business with staff development and morale building, keeping equipment and technology up to date, and ensuring everything is done to offer the best possible service to their customers. Such investments allow the couple to be flexible with the time they spend in-store and completing store related work, which helps structure a healthy work life balance.

The Authurs believe that if it weren't for the fantastic Eagle Boys pizza franchise system they would never have been able to be as successful as they have been, and would not be in the process of looking at a fifth franchise in their rapidly expanding territory.
