Metabolic Jumpstart diet program now offered through Step into Life personal training franchises

Step into Life has announced a national partnership with leading nutritionist Matt O'Neill that will enable certified coaches at the company's personal training franchises to provide O'Neill's Metabolic Jumpstart diet program.

Aimed at providing health conscious Australians with a new solution for weight management, the partnership will combine the best strategies for diet and fitness at over 160 Step into Life locations around the country.

Seeing a natural synergy in the new agreement, O'Neill explains that "when you combine diet and exercise, you can achieve breakthrough results because these two elements optimise your metabolism."
