Sonny Khan was working as a store manager for healthy Mexican food franchises, Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill when the opportunity to become a franchisee in Sydney’s West arose.

His passion for the concept, the people, the food and his belief that the healthy food franchise would become a big player in the market convinced him it was the right move to make.

Sonny says these days, with the public being so health conscious, the franchise is able to respond to customer demands by providing healthy food options and a kids menu.

On the back of his initial locations success, Sonny has now convinced his brother to invest in another Mad Mex healthy Mexican food franchise in Sydney’s Hills district.
