Licensed child development programmes from the Mini Maestros franchise

The Mini Maestros franchise is a provider of innovative child development programs. The education and training franchise creates an environment in which children can play and have fun, while developing and maturing as an individual. The child development franchise caters these services to both private groups and child care centres through its network of licensed members. Currently, Mini Maestros predominantly services the Melbourne region.

The Mini Maestros franchise opted for the franchised business structure in 1997 and since then has opened 14 licensed centres. The child development franchise maintains a Head Office which supervises the activities of its members and also provides them with operational support. The head office is operated by three full-time and 15 part-time staff who are responsible for the administrative activities of the firm.

The Mini Maestros Centres operate five days a week and usually function in the mornings and reserve the afternoon for various administrative tasks. Apart from the 14 licensed centres, the child development franchise also owns centres in Hawthorn, Kew, South Melbourne, North Essendon, Malvern East and Prahran which are available for purchase by prospective licensees.
