Jetts Fitness franchises planned for Asia
Jetts Fitness has announced plans to expand their franchise into Asia and open more than 40 new Australian fitness franchises by the years’ end after celebrating their 100 club milestone earlier this year in May.
Brendon Levenson, Founder and Managing Director of Jetts Fitness said the fitness franchises expansion and success is in large part due to the elimination of lengthy gym contracts, revolutionising the Australian fitness landscape.
“We looked at what the big chains were doing from a customer service and value for dollar standpoint and decided to do the exact opposite,” Levenson said.
“Our policies were designed to reflect what customers wanted, with a focus on delivering outstanding value in conjunction with clean, convenient workout facilities providing the equipment members use on a regular basis,” he said.
With gym goers increased focus on convenience and price as the top two reasons for choosing or switching gyms, Levenson expects the trend towards the Jetts Fitness business model to continue.
Jetts focus on creating convenience for their customers is evident in their plans to open a fitness franchise within eight minutes of 80% of all Australians by 2012, a massive 250 fitness franchises nationwide.
Plans to take the 24/7, low cost gym business model to Asia within the next 18 months are underway and clubs are set to pop up in the ACT and Northern Territory within the next six months.
On 29 May, Jetts fitness unveiled two stores simultaneously to hit a 100 fitness franchise milestone.
