Healthy Life joins Vitamin Angels to eradicate childhood blindness

Healthy Life health food franchises have joined Vitamin Angels in their cause to eradicate childhood blindness throughout the world.

Vitamin Angels is a non-profit children’s welfare organisation that is dedicated in providing nutritional support to children from impoverished areas.

Around one hundred million children are in danger of going blind due to the lack of Vitamin A in their diets. Vitamin Angel are currently running Operation 20/20, which is focused on providing Vitamin A and other supplements that are crucial for maintaining healthy vision.

In this joint endeavour, every purchase of vitamins and supplements from the Healthy Life range will provide one child with the Vitamin A supplements that are needed each year to prevent childhood blindness.   25 cents from each vitamin supplement purchased will be donated to the Vitamin Angels.
