Gulzar Mohammad always had a desire to join a branded business like 7-Eleven and after 9 years managing a taxi business in NSW, he fulfilled his dream and is now franchisee for the convenience store franchises Kensington and Castle Hill locations.

He says hard work is what makes his business successful, however the convenience store franchise’s well known brand, high levels of customer service and a clean store also help.

“In addition I ensure that the shelves are well stocked and the image and presentation standards are high,” he said.

He said since he started franchising with the company he has an improved financial position and has developed his skills managing and operating the convenience store franchise. Gulzar now feels confident to continue to expand and grow his business.
