Burger Edge franchise provides full training and on going support.

Central to a Burger Edge franchise is full training and on site support. Prior to opening, each fast food franchise partner will receive four weeks of training in front end, kitchen and back office management, followed by two weeks of onsite support upon opening. All burger franchise stores come with a comprehensive training manuals and reference kits for trouble shooting in-store issues. Store opening staff is trained by the Burger Edge franchise. Existing staff can be re-trained or assessed by the fast food franchise field management and operations personnel.

Selects, negotiates and secures sites on behalf of Burger Edge franchisees.

The burger franchise can represent franchisees in negotiations with landlords. Accessing extensive contacts with shopping centre managements and property developers, the Burger Edge franchise will negotiate terms, conditions and any assistance favourable to the franchisee/leasee.

Delivers a turnkey store fit-out.

A Burger Edge franchise store comes complete ready to trade. All fittings, equipment, permits and certificates are supplied as part of the fast food franchise store handover. All equipment is sourced from reputable suppliers tested for durability, performance and supplier field support. All building works come with warranties for workmanship guaranteed under the certificate of occupancy.

All burger franchise equipment comes with a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.

Organises all supplies through the franchisor.

The single source supply ensures quality, value for money and product consistency with each delivery for the Burger Edge franchise. The fast food franchise employs operations staff to maintain the peak product procurement levels and the most favourable terms with suppliers. All stock is delivered from the burger franchise headquarters and distribution centre in North Melbourne, Victoria.

The Burger Edge franchise will source, assess and negotiate 98 per cent of stock supplied to stores. All stock is organized through the fast food franchise with daily bread deliveries, bi or tri weekly delivery of Burger Edge stock, bi weekly delivery of Fresh vegetables and fortnightly deliveries of soft drinks. Other visits from food and materials suppliers are pre arranged in advance of a store opening.

Has strong brand recognition and awareness.

The burger franchise is investing in marketing and grass roots brand awareness building. An exhaustive promotional schedule is underway including:

· Store centric direct mail campaigns

· Mobile billboards for new store openings

· Local sporting club sponsorships

· Website marketing

· Event based marketing

· Targeted one-to-one SMS based marketing via loyalty rewards program

· Local print media advertising
