Good Sports Home Services is Australia’s first 3-in-1 business model. Good Sports has combined gardening, car detailing and handyman work in the one franchise opportunity and is backed by some of the greatest sporting stars in the country.
Founded by the hard work of Shaun Mugavin and Jacob Gough, Good Sports home based business is based on support for local sporting groups and the community. They give a percentage of income from each franchisee back to the community through the support of local sporting clubs and funding to nurture young sporting stars.
Each home services franchise is run by people passionate about creating their own business and lifestyle whilst supporting their local sporting community.

Community Support
The basis behind the name ‘Good Sports’ is that franchisees are passionate about putting back to the local level to help create future sporting champions. Therefore, a percentage of each franchisees turnover goes to a local sporting club of their choice.

Shaun Mugavin – ‘Mugsy’ (Operations Director – Founding Partner/Head Franchisor)
- Founded Mugsy’s Mowing in 2006
- After client requests and the passion to assist fellow athletes Shaun franchising his business and developing ‘Good Sports’
- Team member of Morningside AFL Club
- Represented Queensland in AFL team from 2003- 2007
- Cousin to the Brisbane Lions Champion and Good Sports Ambassador Jonathan Brown
Jacob Gough – (Managing Director – Founding Partner/Head Franchisor)
- A physiotherapist by trade, he opened his first practice in early 2005, and an additional seven practices with in the same year
- In 2007 1300 PHYSIO network which consists of numerous high quality physiotherapy practices Australia wide
- Invested in ‘International Success Coaching’ in 2007 to assist others in achieving their goals
- Team member of Morningside AFL Club
- Represented Queensland in AFL team from 2003- 2007
- Captained the Queensland AFL team in 2005-06
Scott Wright – (Master Franchisor Australia)
- Former General Manager of Keno throughout NSW, QLD and Victoria.
- Joined the GSHS team in late 2008 to take control of strategic direction, management of the business and implement the vision of the company
