Gloria Jean’s Coffees launches new ‘Coffee House of the Future’ vision
Gloria Jean's Coffees launches their new ‘Coffee House of the Future vision’ with new coffee house franchises in Sydney's Norwest and Melbourne's Central.
The new coffee houses mark Gloria Jean’s Coffees biggest and most significant brand revamp with contemporary interior designs marked by clean lines, quality finishes and a comfortable environment.
“The opening of these two coffee houses is a significant milestone for Gloria Jean’s Coffees as it paves the way for strong future growth by re- igniting consumers’ love for Australia’s largest coffee company,” said Gloria Jean’s Coffees Chief Executive Officer – Pacific, Gareth Pike.
“Our new Coffee House of the Future vision sets our sights firmly on the future and will ensure Gloria Jean’s Coffees remains at the cutting edge of the specialty coffee market.”
Gloria Jean’s Coffees currently has over 460 coffee franchises across Australia and is expected to open a further 40 new coffee houses within the next year. All these new coffee house franchises will incorporate the new innovative layout and provide customers with a new experience.
“The contemporary aesthetic of our coffee houses provides the opportunity to strengthen our presence across the country, particularly in central business districts with our new kiosk format, increasing competition and providing greater employment in key territories,” said Pike.
The brand revamp will also include new team roles, with specialised Maitre’d, Baristas and Purveyors that can provide knowledge and expertise at every touch point of the coffee house, as well as a fresh and new food menu to cater for all occasions and needs.
“The Coffee House of the Future vision is to deliver a great coffee experience to our guests, in a unique, contemporary environment. State-of-the art technology together with our new speciality team will ensure each guest receives an exceptional experience every time they visit,” said Pike.
