Getting to know the franchisees behind some of Mastercare’s commercial cleaning franchises
All the franchisees come from different backgrounds, but they share similar goals – to work for themselves, to enjoy flexibility in their business and to build a solid foundation for the future.
Two of the newest owners of Mastercare commercial cleaning franchises have shared their experiences within the company below.
Micky starting working for his father's chemical country in India, before striking out on his own and starting a tea business.
Searching for even greater opportunities, Micky took a chance and moved to Australia, first trying his hand at being a courier franchisee.
Upon deciding that the courier business wasn’t for him, Micky launched himself into commercial cleaning, and hasn’t looked back.
“The first thing that interested me about Mastercare Franchising was its reputation. I want to expand my business and improve it even further,” says Micky, adding, “I want to become a successful business man but I also want to make sure my family is happy.”
Julia describes her business approach as committed, having worked in the finance sector before starting one of Mastercare’s commercial cleaning franchises.
“What first interested me about Mastercare Franchising was the flexibility, the opportunities, and the fact that the staff were very helpful,” she says.
In the future, she’s looking forward to learning more, to grow her business and expand the reach of services she provides.
According to Julia, “I enjoy being able to manage my own business, and the freedom that comes with working in a good environment.”29.07.2010
