The hot and saucy line-up brings back Trampoline Gelato's indulgent Hot Saucy Puds in both Sticky Date with super sticky toffee, and Dark Chocolate with dangerously delicious chocolate sauce, all of course served with Trampoline's award winning gelato.

New to the line-up this season is a Hot Pear Compote with Pistachio Crumble, a handmade dessert using only the freshest produce, including new season Gippsland Packham pears. The sweet pear compote is perfectly matched with a crunchy, salty pistachio crumble and a choice of gelato.
