Fyshwick retail franchise wins NSW / ACT Franchisee of the Year

Beaumont Tiles ’ retail franchise in Fyshwick has been announced the winner of the Franchise Council of Australia’s (FCA) Award for the NSW / ACT Franchisee of the Year.

The award recognises excellence in franchising and assesses a number of criteria including business planning and performance, team leadership, marketing and customer contact, and community contribution.

“I am extremely proud and honoured to have won this award.

“I consider it a huge achievement for my team who have always been open to changes to better the store, and the way we do business,” said Fyshwick retail franchisee, Bernadette Jones.

The award puts the Fyshwick store in contention for the FCA National Franchising Award to be announced later in the year.

“We look forward to the FCA National Franchising Awards, where hopefully we can continue our Beaumont Tiles’ awards run,” Jones said.

Consistent business goal setting and strategy planning were key factors in the retail franchise winning the award with team communication regarding budgets and performance and an increase in sales close to half a million dollars each year from 2008 to 2011 also decisive factors.

Beaumont Tiles is always expanding their number of retail franchises in order to continue their success through growth.
