Franchisee requirements for the Frenchy’s Fashion Factory retail business

The Frenchy's Fashion Factory franchise allows its franchisees access to systems and marketing expertise. Franchisees of the retail business are benefited from bulk buying that guarantees better margins and allows customers to buy at competitive price. The clothing & footwear business offers franchise opportunities for locations in Central Coast New South Wales, Sydney Central, Sydney Eastern and Western Suburbs, Northern New South Wales and Gold Coast Queensland.

Frenchy’s Fashion Factory also provides franchise opportunities in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra. Though the franchisees are not expected to have experience in the Vintage and Classic garment industry, preference will be given to people who have acquaintance in the field and to those belonging to the territory applied for.

Selected franchisees will have to pay an initial fee between $5,000 and $10,000, in addition to GST. A design fee between $2,500 and $5,000 excluding GST and $10,000 to $50,000 for initial stock purchase are payable by the franchisee. A service fee of 6 per cent of gross sales per month or $200, whichever is greater is to be paid by the franchisee. Besides, the franchisee will have to pay 4 per cent of gross sales per month as advertising fund contribution. Franchisees will get free training.
