The Mortgage Bureau franchise invites prospective franchisees to join its network of franchisees. Since 1989, the financial services business has developed a widespread network of franchised mortgage offices in metropolitan and regional areas of Australia. There are opportunities for new franchisees to operate from a selected franchise territory from the load arrangers franchise.

The Mortgage Bureau trains people who are termed as ‘Mobile Mortgage Analysts’ and they are contracted to the franchisee to present loan applications. The Mobile Mortgage Analysts are paid commission for each successful settled loan. Every Mobile Mortgage Analyst is a self-employed contractor who is solely responsible for his or her own taxation, superannuation as well as insurances.

The Mobile Mortgage Analysts can earn a generous performance-based commission by providing clients a full range of loan products from owner-occupied, residential investment commercial, rural finance and industrial.* Becoming a Mobile Mortgage Analyst of the The Mortgage Bureau does not require a big investment. All that is needed is a car, mobile phone and a notebook. The initial weeklong training will cost $900.00 and about $200.00 to undertake the MIAA accreditation course. 27.11.2007
