Brisbane‐based national real estate franchise business Go Gecko Property Sales has opened four new offices in Brisbane. This takes its total number of offices nationally to 31.

The newest offices to open under the business’ 2010 growth targets are located in Morayfield, Deception Bay, Marsden and Springfield Lakes - suburbs in the north, south and west of Brisbane.

Geoff Doyle, Chief Executive Officer for the property sales franchise network said that the plan to double the number of Go Gecko offices nationally to reach 60 this year was on track to being achieved.

“The opening of these four new offices signal we are on course to meet our goal and provide our popular $5950 capped commission service to many more home sellers across Australia,” said Mr Doyle.

“We are scheduled to open 18 new offices by June 2010 – that will be one franchise office and one corporate office opening every three weeks at least until the middle of this year,” he said.

“While we are grabbing the growth opportunities that exist in the South East Queensland market now, the Sydney property market is set in our sights for the later half of this year.

The Go Gecko real estate franchise network has helped to save home sellers literally millions of dollars in sales commission over the past five years.

“The Go Gecko capped commission of $5950 and specialised approach to providing a full real estate service is being demanded by many home sellers around the country.

“We’re opening offices in locations where there is demand and unmet need for our services – which we partly gauge by the number of calls made by area residents to our corporate office or nearby real estate agencies.

“We’re also selecting office sites where our analysis shows there is the demographic and socio‐economic profile for our business model to be a success,” he said.

Go Gecko Property Sales is in Australia’s top ten fastest growing franchise businesses across all sectors for 2009, and the fastest growing real estate franchise.

Go Gecko aims to revolutionise the real estate industry by setting new standards and building a real estate franchise network on honest and good customer service.

The Go Gecko real estate franchise network was established in 2005 and has offices in Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and South Australia.
