Kindy Dance Time 's primary aim is to encourage the joys of dance and music in young children. Our focus is to nurture each child's individual dance interpretation, promoting strong self esteem.

This unique programme has been carefully created using resources and experience from a number of leading tutors in dance and music, specialising in the early childhood years.

Classes are divided into different age groups, from 2 - 5 years of age, so that the key areas of development for each age group can be focused on. The Kindy Dance Time dance and music franchise programme has enchanting, age related themes such as "At the Farm" or "Under the Sea", which engage the children and capture their imaginations.

Theme runs for approximately four weeks, that the children always enjoy the familiarity routine coupled with new challenges. This suits in a fantastic sense of achievement.

Classes are fast-paced to keep young minds alert, and include the introduction to a wide range of dance and music styles, relating to the specific theme.

Musical instruments, props, songs and free dance are incorporated into Kindy Dance Time leisure and entertainment franchise, and also more structured dances which stimulate the development of coordination and motor skills. Children experience dancing in groups, in partners and on their own, which adds great value to their social and emotional development. Lessons include educational components, such as shapes, numbers or colours for younger children, and cultural awareness, anatomy or the environment for the older age groups.

Not only for the kids

In the younger age groups parent participation is necessary. This gives you the opportunity to spend unique time with your child - a special bonding experience. As they grow older, the children will do more on their own, but parents are welcome to observe all classes.

What to wear

Dress your child in comfortable clothing with bare feet. Kindy Dance Time has an optional uniform consisting of some very funky cotton dance pants, and Kindy Dance Time T-shirts. "Dress-Up's" are always welcome.
