Financial franchise listed as world class

The Interface Financial Group has been cited as a world class franchise by the Franchise Research Institute in the US for the fourth consecutive year. This award reflects existing franchisees’ level of satisfaction.

According to David Banfield, President of the financial services franchise group, “This is a valuable certification for Interface as it validates that existing franchise owners are pleased with their decision to purchase the IFG franchise.”

The Franchise Research Institute confidentially surveys existing franchisees with questions about their investment and the training and support provided by the franchisor. The more effective a franchise organization is at sharing its expertise, the greater the chances are that individual franchisees will be successful. The certification signifies a documented commitment to supporting and assisting franchisees.

Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the working capital franchise network explained, “The Interface Financial Group clearly ranks among the elite franchise companies based on first-hand reviews directly from their franchisees. We ask detailed questions about the overall quality of the franchisor: whether the franchise owner would buy the franchise again; if they would recommend the franchise to others; if the franchisor is a competent, skilful organization, as well as details about the training and support provided by the franchisor.”
