Fastway Couriers promotes Goodrick to operate westerly regional franchises
Fastway Couriers has appointed long-time courier franchisee, Tony Goodrick, to operate the westerly regional delivery franchises in Perth.
Goodrick will be looking after a total area of 2,400sqm and will be managing deliveries in excess of 15,000 parcels per week.
"Since 2004, Tony has owned and maintained the Fastway Coffs Harbour franchise, taking the business from strength to strength,” says Richard Thame, Chief Executive for Fastway Couriers Australia.
According to Thame, Goodrick is an experienced franchise operator and a well-respected member of the Fastway courier franchises community.
“His dedication to the Fastway brand is evident in every aspect of his work,” says Thame.
The Perth Fastway Courier houses up to 30 delivery service franchises that are collectively responsible for servicing Perth’s greater metropolitan region.
"Fastway's success has been built on the fact that individual franchises are locally owned and operated, and that's a big selling point in the West," says Thame.
Goodrick will also be moving his family from Coffs Harbour to Perth in order to ensure a more hands-on approach with his new appointment and business within the local community.
"We're working hard to build our business on all levels,” says Goodrick.
“Our current focus is on driving greater sales of Fastway's range of courier services within Western Australia, while recruiting new Courier Franchisees to share in the continuing success of the brand.”
