Fastway Couriers appoints new Melbourne Regional Franchise Manager
Fastway Couriers has appointed John Young as the courier franchises new Melbourne Regional Franchise Manager.
The Melbourne franchise, located in Port Melbourne, is a key hub to Fastway courier’s network. The hub houses more than 100 Fastway Courier delivery franchises, which work together to service the entire greater metropolitan region with over 10,000 parcels passing through every week.
Young’s new position involves utilising his extensive experience in taking control of the Melbourne courier franchises’ operations.

Richard Thame, CEO of Fastway Couriers, says Young will be providing the business services franchises his almost 20 years of experience in supply chain management across several large logistic firms.

The Fastway Courier Melbourne hub franchise offers next day services to Adeladie, Hobart, Launceston, Bendigo, Shepparton, Wagga Wagga, Albury, Wollongong, Sydney, Central coast and Newcastle, as well as same day services between Melbourne and Geelong.
