Duo turns business into a true franchisee success story with V.I.P Australia

Ian and Donna Milne have taken a leap from their full time employment to owning their own business with V.I.P Australia commercial cleaning franchise.

The duo were looking for a business that was not as physically draining as their full time employment at the time, which was what attracted them to V.I.P Australia.

After much research and looking at other franchise opportunities, the V.I.P proposal not only outlined the pricing structure but the potential profit that could be earned. From there on, the choice was an easy one.

Now with a turnover close to $700,000 per year, and a solid team of 18 staff, Ian and Donna Milne’s cleaning service franchise has become a true franchisee success story. Having taken over the business from the previous owner, Ian and Donna were able to work with the original owner to ensure a smooth transition for their customers and staff. 

“What we like most about being part of the V.I.P. family is that the support is there when we need it.  Often, we like to be left to run our business, but we know that if we do ever need anything, the support team are just a phone call away,” said Donna.

“While the businesses  keep us very busy, the beauty of the business is that we have the flexibility to choose the hours we work, so if our sons have a sport event, we can go along to watch and cheer them on, which is something which wasn’t possible in our last employment. Being able to experience these moments with our children is what life is all about.”

Not only have Ian and Donna been able to make a difference in their own lives, they have been able to help their employees work towards achieving their financial goals.
