Directors of the GSM Lawyers business represent various legal committees

One of the directors of the GSM Lawyers business , Carlo Furletti, has a wider experience in business and corporate law. The legal – franchisee business uses Carlo’s experience in commercial and property law, commercial and retail leasing, and licensing and gaming law.

Carlo completed his graduation in Melbourne University Law School and has joined the legal advice in 2004. Carlo is a Notary Public and can give advice on matters with International legal dimensions. He specializes in property law, which covers real-estate developments and subdivisions, and commercial and retail leasing. Carlo has also the expertise in business, commercial and corporation law and practice. He is a specialist in estate planning, wills and testamentary matters and in the transfer of Alpine Resort properties and interests.

Carlo had been a member of the Victorian Legislative Council and Parliamentary Law Reform Committee. He had also served as the Shadow Minister for Small Business and Natural Resources, Energy and Ports during 2000 and 2002.

Carlo is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria's Commercial Law Section and Property Law Section and the Law institute's Business Law Committee.

His contribution to the firm extends beyond his experience as a Practitioner of long standing, as Carlo has also contributed in a substantive manner for a number of years to the formulation and implementation of legislation in respect of Retail Leases, Liquor Licensing, Gaming and other areas affecting small and medium size business enterprises. The Italian government honoured Carlo with the honorary title of Cavaliere Ufficiale of the Republic of Italy in 2005.
