Designed Blinds Australia opens first Fab Interior retail franchise in Queensland

Designed Blinds Australia has launched their first retail franchise in window coverings with Fab Interiors, which has been in operation since August 2011.

Fab Interiors is located in Milton, Queensland and is owned by franchisee Frank Cresswell. Cresswell comments on the positive experiences he has received when joining Designed Blinds Australia.

“The support I received throughout the process of building my own retail store has been exceptional. The training has been smooth, helpful and very informative for my staff,” says Cresswell.

No experience in windows coverings retail franchises is required to join the team. As part of the Hunter Douglas group, Designed Blind Australia’s home services franchises provide intense training programs that are designed to help partners enhance the customer experience and increase growth for the business.

“Ultimately, the benefit is that I get to run my own independent business with just the right amount of marketing and sales support available whenever I need it,” says Cresswell.

“Designed Blinds Australia retail concept program is a cut above the rest, featuring state of the art showroom which is designed with differentiation in mind. The showroom features full size display blinds and large fabric selection benches. A lot of thought has gone into the look and feel and is very much a designer-inspired space.”
