De Pot Man plans to grow their retail franchise network
Outdoor accessory retail franchise, De Pot Man is planning to open 15 new stores throughout Australia over the next two years. The retail franchise’s expansion plan incorporates every capital city and numerous regional areas that have a population of more than 60,000.
Drew Camm, Founder of the homeware franchise group explained that following strong financial results in 2009, the company is looking to strengthen its position within the potting industry. “Our stores recorded an average 15 percent increase in profit from 2008 to 2009, which represents exceptional growth considering the effects of the Global Financial Crisis on retail businesses.
“This has been driven partly by the easing of the drought along the East Coast, which has seen many people return to gardening,” he said.
Camm said de POT Man outdoor accessory retail franchises are competitively priced and could be in operation within short time frames. “Our franchises are priced from $150,000, offering excellent value for a turnkey operation, which comes fully stocked with products and signage. The franchise fee also encompasses all necessary training to run the business, alleviating the requirement for previous management experience.”
Franchisees are offered ongoing support including human resources, operations and financial systems and they will also benefit from regular company wide marketing campaigns, said Camm.
De Pot Man currently has five outdoor accessory retail franchise stores in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Noosa and Mackay.
