Croissant Express bakery franchises express interest in employing international employees with pre-qualification for a working holiday visa to Australia. The fast food business prefers people with minimum work duration of not below four months. The employees have the option to have free weekends and evenings, if they prefer. The sandwiches business expects the employees to be able to speak English fluently.

Working hours are 38 hours for a week with five shifts, and working hours are between 7.5 and 8 hours per day, starting at 6.00am to approximately 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. Croissant Express will provide lunch and cool drinks for all employees, who will be given a half hour meal break.
