• 68% of our customers are over the age of 40
• 59% are female
• 25% have children in their dining party
• 4% leave unhappy and are lost as customers
• 68% are stopping due to hunger or just a rest stop. Noting only 8% are Repeat customers.
• Frequency of Visits– 13% visit once a month. 26% were firsttimers & 60% only visit once every 90 days to more than a year.
• In the overall Summary point score, i.e. evaluating whether our customers were likely to refer us to their friends or associates, we had plenty of room for improvement!
• The main point that can be improved straight away, was that staff were not “Inviting them to Return”.
The beauty of a survey like this is that we are looking at an Action Plan to improve our Customer retention and build Brand loyalty, and we will continue to conduct regular surveys at our restaurant franchises to gauge improvement! 30.01.2008
