Dean McLennan worked in banking, finance and sales for 16 years before he realised that the ladder he was climbing did not lead where he wanted to go.

“One of the big pluses has been the ability to work from home, and the flexibility to plan my calendar in order to fit our lifestyle,” Dean said.

“Being married with four daughters, this has allowed me time with my family and the ability to pursue other interests.”
