The delicious and exciting Beard Papa franchise chain has opened its first new dessert franchise store in Melbourne with the opening of Beard Papa Westfield Southland.

Katsu Ishikawa is the new franchisee and operator and the newest Beard Papa dessert franchisee in Australia. Katsu gets to take advantage of the exciting new Beard Papa store design that will be implemented in 2010, as well as the world-renowned Beard Papa cream puffs.
