Bakers Club cafe franchise Victoria Point on top at Redland Retail Awards 2011

Bakers Club  Victoria Point took home the highest accolade at Commonwealth Bank’s Redland Retail Awards 2011, edging out a large range of café franchises to walk away with the title in the largest and most competitive category.

Secret shoppers decided the verdict which saw the cafe franchise win the Café & Takeaway category by providing exemplary customer service.

Regular customers and their constant support was the driving factor behind the win, said entrepreneur and franchise owners, Ben McLean and Aggie Ogden.

The café franchise’s healthy, fresh menu and old-fashioned, friendly service were other reasons they took home the honour.

Awards have been rolling in for the Baker’s Club cafe franchises with Baker’s Club North Lakes taking home the Quest 2010 Business Achiever Awards – Food and Convenience category, and facing off against other food retailers in the upcoming Pine Rivers Press 2011 Business Achiever Awards.
