Baker & McKenzie also has a dedicated Document Support Centre in Manila that operates 24/7 and allows the lawyers to turn around dictation and transcriptions and create and format documents at all times, even without the local support staff. Also housed in Manila is a network operations centre, which constantly monitors the functioning of the employment law business’ global infrastructure, identifying potential problems and preventing them.
