BSR Group focus on online sales and rebranding in 2012
BSR Group has announced their focus and strategic direction for 2012 will be on refreshing the BSR business services franchise brand and developing online retail sales technology.
BSR Group CEO Graeme Cunningham said after a successful 50 years in business, the company was looking forward to the next 50 years.
Our strategy for 2012 is to refine and strengthen our branding and marketing, focussing on our key target audience and their needs,” he said.
“Our focus is firmly upon growing our membership to both of our existing brands - Betta Electrical and our furniture and electrical offering, Betta Home Living.
“We have also restructured our marketing and merchandising departments to ensure BSR Group’s goals are achieved in the most efficient and streamlined way,” Cunningham said at the annual BSR National Conference held in Istanbul, turkey.
Online sales were another key focus area for the business services franchise in 2012.
“We have just expanded into online retail sales and we believe that this will become a key component of our company’s business in the future,” Cunningham said.
“Online shopping is a quick, easy and convenient solution for people who are time poor. Thanks to our new website, our customers can now shop in the comfort of their home.
“Online sales will help us expand our customer base throughout Australia.”
Success through Service was the theme of the business services franchises conference, a topic which Cunningham said was a very significant component of BSR Group’s successful market position.
“Exceeding customer service, at every point of the purchasing process, is our highest priority.
“It builds trust and establishes strong relationships with our customers,” he said.
The annual BSR National Conference 2011 was held in Istanbul from August 2-6.
