Australian Jani-King commercial cleaning franchises rank highly in global gross monthly billings

Recently released international gross monthly billings for Jani-King commercial cleaning franchises have resulted in three Australasian offices ranked within the top 20 cities worldwide, with Perth moving up into the top 10.

Since commencing franchising in 1993, Jani-King has expanded in Australia and New Zealand to include over 1,300 commercial cleaning franchises, over 4,000 cleaning clients and average billings of $80 million.

General Manager for Jani-King Australasia, Mark Gosling, says that the growth and reputation of the commercial cleaning franchises is being recognised, with the numbers reflecting that.

“Out of the top 20 international regions we had Perth at number 10 with billings exceeding $1 million per month, Melbourne at 11th, Sydney at 12th and Brisbane at 18th with each of those cities surpassing $600,000 per month,” he says.

Jani-King has regional offices across Australia and New Zealand. The international company celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2009, and was recently voted back into the Top 10 franchises in Entrepreneur Magazines’ influential Franchise 500 list, while maintaining its place for the 23rd year as the number one commercial cleaning franchise company.
