Auction It Today franchise’s first kiosk

The Auction it Today franchise first kiosk business was added to an existing auction company's trading business on March 24 2007. ER Auctions, a traditional auction house, saw the benefits of having and ebay trading system in their business and adopted the retail franchise model.

Test trading has commenced at this location and after only three weeks testing, mainly software tests and listing tests, the kiosk has listed more than $10 000 in stock, selling $2000.

'This has created some very encouraging signs and set in motion a good lead up to full store operation,' Robert Stephenson, Auction it Today's Australian Director says. 'Negotiations on clearance stocks can begin.'
