Aromas cafe franchise group move to meet demand
Cafe franchise, Aromas , has relocated its headquarters to the Brisbane business hub of Murarrie as part of the company's plans to increase franchisee numbers.
Aromas has opened 11 outlets since its establishment in 1982 and has cafe franchises located in Australian airports, and hopes to open another 20 franchises over the next three years. A number of these cafe franchises will be located in major shopping precincts in Queensland.
Andrew Skarparis, Director of Aromas, said the company's move to a larger premises was "inevitable" because of growing customer demand and the recent purchase of a Probat coffee roaster.
"Murarrie was selected by the directors for its proximity to the Brisbane Airport and the north and south coasts," he said.
"With this new roaster we are capable of tripling our production of roasted coffee beans and therefore meet demand more efficiently."
The larger facility also provides extra room for training existing and future franchisees.
