"If you think you can you're right. And if you think you can't, you're also right."
- Henry Ford

Welcome.
Every now and then a business opportunity comes along that looks almost too good to be true.

The Fifo Capital formula is simple, proven, reputable and widely accepted in a rapidly growing market. It's a business capable of a first year bottom line return exceeding the cost of entry! A business that has few fixed outgoings beyond telephone line charges in the first couple of years trading. A business that can grow to whatever size you want!

Fifo Capital business finance franchise is the perfect choice for business capable people who want to build a solid and highly attractive business. Truly, an extraordinary opportunity!

How does Fifo Capital work?
Fifo Capital buys selected invoices from clients so that clients do not have to wait to turn their credit sales into cash. It's called invoice factoring. On purchase, we immediately pay the client 90% of the face value of the invoice. Then when the client's customer settles the invoice, we pay the balance of 10% to our client, less our fee. It's that simple!

Here's an example:

A client selects a single invoice worth say $25,000. Fifo Capital buys the invoice and immediately pays the client $22,500. This enables the client to meet current commitments or to make an immediate investment in new plant or equipment.

Invoice value - $25,000
Immediate payment - $22,500

Amount held back - $2,500

Customer settles account:
Fifo Capital fees - $1,875
Residual payment to client - $625

Total payments to clients - $23,125

Is 'invoice factoring' a new business?

Invoice factoring has been around for many years, especially in Europe, North America and Australia. In New Zealand also, it is a well-established and reputable source of short-term funding for many successful businesses. In fact, Fifo Capital works alongside banks and other lending institutions because our services are a perfect complement.

What will I need?

Fifo Capital funds client cash flow – consequently, the minimum working capital investment into the business is $200,000. Apart from that, Fifo Capital systems and support, a fax and a computer are all you need!

What does Fifo Capital offer me?

In a nutshell – independence, financial success and the lifestyle of your choice! If you want to start and grow a business with extraordinary potential but with low fixed costs and overheads, then Fifo Capital is perfect for you. Consider that in the event you wished to stop your business, all you would do to recover your working capital investment is stop writing new business and then wait for purchased invoices to be settled. Consider that whether you arrange single or multiple transactions with a client, after the initial meeting there is little need to meet again. There are few business opportunities that can offer such extraordinary potential with this kind of lifestyle flexibility. And what of the risk that a purchased invoice will not be paid? Quite simply, due to Fifo Capital's strict credit criteria and security mechanisms put in place the risk is minimal.

"While we are postponing, life speeds by".
- Seneca (3BC-65AD)

"Our construction business is growing in leaps and bounds and the fact is, sometimes our working capital gets stretched — especially on some of our bigger projects. That's where Fifo Capital comes in. With one fax we arrange immediate payment into our account of 90% of any invoice we select. I don't need to talk to my bank and it makes no difference how I run our company. Fifo Capital has become one of our business partners"
