Ali Baba’s World Class Executive Kitchen
The World Class Executive Kitchen (WCEK) is the brain child of kebab franchise, Ali Baba . The executive kitchen was unveiled in 2005 and is at the heart of Ali Baba’s kebab and wrap cuisine.
Experts at the Executive Kitchen are caretakers of the traditional Mediterranean recipes that have been handed down and evolved over time to suit the Australian market, in terms of taste, nutritional value and reduced fat content. At the kebab franchise network’s Executive Kitchen they envisage new menu choices based on traditional ingredients, and develop fresh, seasonally influenced sauces and antioxidant rich marinades for meats.
The Executive Kitchen was designed with the assistance of food technician experts at
Oppenheimer and is more than just the hub of creation. It is a state of the art, centralised production facility that underpins the quality of the Ali Baba offering.
The WCEK supplies Ali Baba kebab fast food franchises nationally with 100% Australian produce that is sourced from local Australian farmers and growers.
Ali Baba offers a tasty and healthy alternative to high fat, high sugar, highly processed fast foods.
By choosing a K’Bab, Wrap or Bowl from the kebab franchise outlets, consumers can be confident that they are eating a nutritionally balanced meal made from 100% natural and preservative free Australian ingredients.
All of the sauces, meats and produce used in a K’Bab, Wrap or Bowl are prepared almost daily in the Executive Kitchen and sealed to maintain freshness and quality.
Ali Baba kebab franchise stores offers tasty and healthy kebab and wrap choices that are rich in nutrients. Ali Baba has low fat, low GI and low carb options, which means customers will stay satisfied for longer without impacting on their waistlines. There are also three kebab meal sizes to choose from.
Ali Baba only cooks with Cottonseed oil, which is a healthy option as it contains no cholesterol and no trans fatty acids.
The meat used in Ali Baba kebabs is distinguished by its quality. Ali Baba’s livestock is sourced from the eastern mountain ranges of Australia where the atmospheric pressure is higher, ensuring the meat is more tender than livestock sourced from lower regions.
The kebab franchise network also marinades the meat for 24 hours in a combination of traditional spices and seasonings that are rich in flavour, low in sugar and most importantly high in antioxidants.
One of the many ingredients used is pomegranate, a popular Mediterranean fruit that is high in antioxidants and rich in vitamins.
The kebab meat used in Ali Baba kebab franchises is not processed, but is made up of fresh beef, chicken lamb steaks skewered tightly to form its shape.
At Ali Baba kebab franchises, even strict vegetarians can enjoy a Falafel K’Bab, which is tasty and rich in protein. Vegetarians can consume these kebabs without fear of cross contamination as all vegetarian meal options are prepared separately in the Executive Kitchen using different equipment and utensils and even prepared on a different day.
Ali Baba’s Executive Kitchen also offers gluten free options* and is a member of the Coeliac Society.
*Note, Ali Baba does not sell Gluten Free K’Babs & Wraps, they offer gluten free bread. Also, if the kebab franchise outlet has sourced their Falafel from Ali Baba's Executive Kitchen, then it is Gluten Free.
