AIDA Real Estate’s efficient office structure for its real estate franchises

The AIDA Real Estate franchise is a comprehensive business structure that was developed based on a one year trial office operation performed by the directors of the property management franchise. The trial office was setup in Middle Ridge Toowoomba and was managed and operated by the founder Piet Potgieter along with a team of representatives. The real estate & property services franchise’s Middle Ridge Toowoomba office also helped establish the AIDA brand name in the South East Queensland and also allowed Jako Potgieter to test, implement and execute various processes, strategies and methods that would allow for the maintenance and operation of a fully systemised office.

On completion of the testing and trial period, which lasted about a year, the directors of the AIDA Real Estate franchise, combined all the gathered data and finalised processed into a manual which has been made available to all staff members and licensed franchisees of the AIDA team. The first licensed office of the AIDA Real Estate franchise commenced operations in April 2007 in Grantham.
