2010 Cool Company Awards names Pie Face Bakery Cafe as Big Kahuna award winner
Pie Face Bakery Cafe has another reason to celebrate, with the announcement that the pies franchises have been named as the 2010 Cool Company Big Kahuna award winner.
The Cool Company Awards aim to recognise Australian companies that doing things differently to bring about positive change.
The Big Kahuna Award is presented to a company with 100 or more employees, and considers:
- initiatives to promote positive employee/employer relations
- programs to support environmental and sustainable business practices
- the strength of the organisation’s brand among its target market
- the history of the organisation
- its ability to overcome challenges; and
- its contribution to Australian culture and Australian communities.
