Hungry Jack's is a Master franchise of the international Burger King Corporation and has operated in Australia since 1971. The first restaurant was in the Perth suburb of Innaloo, which opened on April 18th 1971. The immediate success of the business led to a rapid expansion and within ten years Hungry Jack's had grown to 26 restaurants throughout Australia.
Today, 35 years after that first restaurant opened, a Hungry Jack's restaurant can be found in every state of Australia with over 300 locations. The clear and consistent delivery of our corporate promise – The Burgers are Better at Hungry Jack's – has created a strong and well respected brand that continues to have future potential in the Australian market.
Due to the granting of a Master Franchise for Australia in 2005 from Burger King, Hungry Jack’s is now poised to grow at an aggressive but controlled rate.
Hungry Jack’s is an organization with not only franchise operations but also with a network of company owned operations which continually keep all of the support personnel in search of the best possible assistance in operations, systems and costs.
The Hungry Jack’s franchise support system will provide you with ongoing training and support as we have a very strong operational support network through both company and franchisee personnel You will also be assisted with your location, recruiting and training your team and operational support. Our training is both classroom and in restaurant.
There are currently many growth opportunities, with regional areas being a major priority in the first stages. This growth will be supported by both company and franchise operations. To underpin this growth we are looking for potential franchisees with a passionate desire to succeed in a hands-on Manager/operator role with strong leadership, good customer service and administration skills all being essential.
While prior business experience is important we are looking currently for individuals with operational success to really drive the business and create a sound business for themselves.
