Zambrero franchise founder is Young Australian of the Year 2012 finalist

Dr Sam Prince, the 27 year old founder of Zambrero , is clearly a young man who is going places - already achieving more than many of us will in an entire lifetime. Founding a healthy eating Mexican food franchise to fund his way through his medical studies, whilst simultaneously encouraging Australians to eat more healthily, feeding the starving in Africa and working to eradicate scabies from Aboriginal Australia is no mean feat.

Recognising his astonishing achievements is the National Australia Day Council (NADC) which has chosen Dr Prince as one of its 7 finalists for the Young Australian of the Year 2012 award. The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on the lawns of Parliament House in Canberra on 25th January 2012, just in time for the Australia Day celebrations.

His chain of Zambrero Fresh Mex Grill restaurants are proving to be very popular with Australians in a hurry, serving up that rare thing; fast food which is not only tasty and fresh, but also healthy and nutritious.
