There are two components to your investment- the franchise fee and the set up cost.
Franchise Fee
The franchise fee is $35,000.00 + gst and covers the obvious things, such as the right to use the coffee franchise brand name, our systems and recipes, and your comprehensive training program.
Our job is to provide you with experience in absolutely every aspect of running a successful Xpresso coffee franchise. As an example, we don't show you how to make coffee once and leave you to it. You need to experience all aspects of the mobile coffee business, every detail, over and over in different conditions. This is all covered in our comprehensive training program.
Training
Your training program will be hard work. It's something new to you and we recognise this, but our trainers do keep it fun and enjoyable at the same time.
After your week in our training facility, we provide you with experienced Xpresso trainers for another week in your territory to set up the business. The reality is that you could spend twelve months training, but something will still happen that you have never had to deal with. Their role is to assist you rather than run the business for you.
Our team will train you on how to best market your business and maximise marketing opportunities.
The Van build cost
Xpresso mobile coffee franchise has a tiered pricing structure depending on each individual's budget. (See van pricing structure page)
On-going service
Unlike all other franchised operations, the Xpresso coffee franchise does not work on a royalty based structure as we won't penalise you for all your had work and effort.
We work on a set weekly administration fee of $60.00 plus GST and to make it even more attractive we give you a 1 month grace period from when you open. How fair is that? This fee covers head office cost, event co-ordination, trade mark security and support.
It's fine to boast about what we provide before you start, but it's about what we provide after it opens that really matters- you're going to be part of our team for years to come.
Firstly, being in the food industry, we are absolutely obsessed with cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail. We will conduct announced and unannounced van evaluations.
Their second important function is to help you to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency of your business. They, better than anyone else, are in a position to see the best of best practices operations, and they are responsible for the dissemination of this information.
Well how does the Franchisor make money?
Xpresso Mobile Coffee Pty Ltd (the Franchisor) doesn't make money 'selling franchises', it makes money when you sell coffee. Our whole focus is to help you sell more coffee and make more money.
We definitely don't hide the fact that we receive a rebate on all the products purchased by the Franchisees (Disclosure Document) and feel its extremely important that everyone knows this as this will ensure that we are around for the long haul.
