Sandy’s husband set up the business in the early days of their franchise journey but now Sandy says she has taken over and the benefits of managing their own business while accommodating family needs has not changed.

Despite the distance she covers, Sandy is always on her toes and quick to deal with any breakdowns promptly and efficiently.

She loves, “Walking into a site and being generously welcomed every time. Even if it’s because of a breakdown - you’re bringing a replacement machine, and they can’t wait for their coffee!”

While the business of sourcing new quality customers to grow their coffee franchise is tiresome, Sandy says the cold calling is worth it because they don’t have to answer to a boss and demonstrations are always positive as customers are delighted at the quality and cost of Xpresso Delight coffee franchises’ product.
