Terms of working with the Workforce Extensions franchise in the recruitment industry
The Workforce Extensions franchise runs for an initial term of 5 years, wherein the member has the option to renew it for another three 5 year terms. However, this renewal is subject to certain terms and the payment of fees applicable during the time of extension, thereby giving the option to be in business for a total of 20 years. The members of the recruitment franchise can sell their business in the open market at any given time, but only on the approval of the proposed purchaser.
There are certain conditions, which must be met and these include the buyer undergoing any necessary training and this requires a transfer fee payable to the Workforce Extensions franchise. The branches of the business services franchise are open five days in a week and most franchisees introduce a roster system, which ensures that a staff member is there to provide service to clients from 7.00am to 6.00pm.
