Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill franchise opens in Campbelltown

The Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill franchise opened a new restaurant in Campbelltown. Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill is a casual and relaxed family dining restaurant franchise featuring popular and delicious meals of the Mediterranean. This is the fourth restaurant in the group.

The owners’ of the business, Armindo Martins and Vicki Allen opened their first restaurant in Beverly Hills in 2001. This restaurant concept proved to be extremely popular with customers and this success allowed them to open other restaurants in Picton and Penrith.

The Managing Director of the Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill franchise, Armindo Martins is very proud of his latest achievement and says, ‘We are delighted to be able to open a new restaurant in Campbelltown. We saw the opportunity to introduce a Mediterranean style restaurant into this region. So far, we have been overwhelmed by the response from customers and look forward to the future.’

Armindo is a veteran of the hospitality industry with over 30 years experience. He recognises that the success of the business now and into the future will be built on the commitment that ‘each customer has a totally satisfying dining experience.’

Armindo has a real passion and dedication for great tasting food. The menu reflects his passion in bringing the best dishes from the Mediterranean to his customers. He recently introduced the Spanish Paella to the new winter menu, this dish took him many years to perfect, but based on customer feedback the wait was well worth it.
