Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill Franchise Success

The Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill franchise success continues to grow from strength to strength. Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill has just welcomed 3 new franchisees to its franchise group.

There are currently 6 Vaby’s restaurants, 5 operating in the Sydney area and also the recent addition located at Erina, on the Central Coast of NSW. Currently four of the six restaurants are now successfully operated by franchisees in the Vaby’s group.

The founders of Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill, Armindo Martins and Vicki Allen opened their first restaurant in 2001. The restaurants’ concept proved to be extremely popular with customers and this success has continued with the expansion of the business.

Armindo is a seasoned veteran of the hospitality industry with over 30 years experience in both “hands on operation” and management. Armindo has a real passion for great food. The menu reflects his passion in bringing the best dishes from the Mediterranean to his customers. The very popular Spanish Paella took him several years to perfect, based on customer response the wait was well worth it. Vaby’s is a great venue for family and friends to celebrate or business people to meet while enjoying the best dishes of the Mediterranean.
