Franchisee Support
Trampoline supports franchisees with a team of people who deeply experienced in retail, business, food and marketing. Our support covers, but is not exclusive to the following areas:
- Finding of viable retail precincts and sites
- Negotiation of contracts and lease arrangements
- Management of the fitout process to provide a turn key operation
- Training at company stores with skilled managers including brand inductions for all staff, product knowledge and handling, and customer service training
- Provision of regularly updated operations manual
- Assistance with the development of a local area marketing plan as well as support with its implementation using our in-house graphic design team
- Full in-store POS support including seasonal and other promotional campaigns
- Other strategic marketing support in the form of publicity, targeted advertising, and loyalty marketing
- On-going operational support from seasoned franchise operations people
